Mr. Atul Shah, the protagonist, started Arihant Housing at a very young age with an ambition in his mind and dreams of making it big in the construction industry in his eyes. His studious nature paid big dividends as he knew exactly what each customer wanted. He soon tasted success in the real estate market due to his humble customer qualities. When he started his business of dealing in properties the market was very unprofessional and un-standardised. Mr. Atul Shah sensed an opportunity and gave a very professional approach to his dealings with customers with transparency being the key. He provided all the guidance to his customers including all the formalities, and soon enough, he got a favoured response from the market. He has not looked back since.
In the year 1983, a dynamic and visionary young man set out to redefine the real estate marketing scenario and started Arihant Housing, which today is a formidable name in the real estate scenario. Since then Arihant Housing has time and again stood true to its reputation of delivering more than promised to its customers in terms of superior customer service, fair deal and satisfaction.
Following in the footsteps of their visionary father, Mr. Atul Shah, his two sons have now joined the journey of Arihant Housing with the same dedication, integrity, and customer-first mindset that has been the foundation of the company since its inception.
Growing up witnessing their father’s relentless hard work, his passion for delivering excellence, and his unwavering commitment to transparency, they have imbibed these values as their own guiding principles.
